When can I move in?
If there is a storage space available that meets your specific storage needs, you can move in anytime during normal access hours.

How much notice needs to be given before I move out?
We ask that customers give us a 30-day notice before you move out.

What type of documentation do I need to provide in order to rent a space?
We require a government-issued photo ID (example: driver’s license, passport, etc).

Do I need to sign a long-term lease?
No, we rent on a month-to-month basis.

How do I make a payment?
You can pay in person, mail a check or money order or make a payment through our website. You may also sign up to have payments automatically deducted from your checking, savings, or credit card account monthly.

What forms of payment do you accept?
Checks, money orders, VISA, MasterCard, cash, and interac.

Do I need to bring my own lock?
You may bring your own lock at time of move in; however we also have locks available for purchase.

Do you sell boxes and storage supplies?
Yes. We sell various moving supplies in our office.

Do you offer a mover?
Although we don’t offer a mover, we would be more than happy to recommend a local reliable mover.

How do I know how much storage space I will need?
You can either use our Size Guide on our website or call us for assistance. There is a floor space layout in our office to help you determine the amount of space you may need.

Are there any items that I am NOT able to store?
Liquids, explosives, flammable liquids, toxic materials, perishables (NO FOOD), and animals of any kind. No habitable occupancy permitted at any time. Please contact us if you have any questions regarding a specific item.

Does there have to be someone in the office to let me through the security gates?
No. At the time of signing you will be given your own security access code that will allow you access to the gated area and to your unit during normal access hours (6am - 11pm daily).

Do you have handcarts and dollies available at your facility?
Yes. You are welcome to use our complimentary carts to move in.

Can I just stop by to view the facility and storage spaces or do I need an appointment?
You are welcome to stop by anytime during our office hours. You can enjoy a custom coffee, tea, or cold water while we tell you all about our facility and give you a guided tour.
